Transport Fever 3 Campaign Missions

The campaign has eight missions set across the 20th and 21st centuries, each unlocking the next when you finish it. Every mission can end with one, two or three stars, or fail outright if a critical goal is missed, and each one hides a bonus task that earns a medal. The first few missions double as the game's tutorial.

Tasks can be solved more than one way

Missions give you decisions rather than a fixed script, so two players can reach three stars by different routes. The time-limited goals, such as the Simplon tunnel before 1923 or the two-year deadline in Adelaide, are the ones that punish slow starts: set up the core line first, then chase the extras. You can resume any mission from its own page in the campaign menu.

Achievements for the campaign

Four of the 41 achievements belong to the campaign: finishing the first mission, finishing all eight, collecting every star, and earning every medal. The medal one, Phalerist, is the easiest to miss, because bonus tasks are optional and easy to ignore while the main goal is running.

Missions lean hard on subsidies, cargo chains and town ratings, which the beginner guide introduces before you need them in Manila and Adelaide.
