Is it Early Access?
No. It launched as a full release on every store, with the whole campaign, free game and map editor available on day one.
Was there a pre-load?
Not on Steam: players found nothing to download before the unlock, so the whole game came down after it went live. The download is smaller than the 90 GB the store asks for, but keep that much free; the system requirements page explains why.
Did consoles unlock at the same time?
