Does Transport Fever 3 Have Multiplayer?
No. Transport Fever 3 is single-player only, with no co-op, no competitive mode and no crossplay. The developers say their aim is to make it the best single-player transport game they can first, and that shifting focus to multiplayer before that is done would be the wrong call.

The closest thing to competition
One campaign mission, Oil for the People, pits you against a rival corporation racing for the same oil licence. It is scripted, not a player, but it is the one place the game gives you an opponent.
Sharing across platforms
The mod hub is shared by PC and consoles, but saves uploaded from PC cannot yet be opened on PS5 or Xbox. PC players can swap saves freely. The mods page covers how uploads work, and the platform page lists the other differences between versions.
